My Process
High-quality work with real value considered.
How I take an idea from a rough concept to something real and shipped. I keep scope tight, design the system before I write code, and use AI to move fast across the stack while staying in charge of the calls that matter.
Define before I build
I start from the problem and the user, not the feature. That means writing the proposal or PRD first, getting clear on what we are solving and what success looks like, and cutting scope down to what actually matters for a first version.
Design the system, then code
Before writing code I work out the architecture and data model: how the pieces fit, where the data lives, and where things are likely to break.
Build with AI as leverage
I use AI tools to move quickly across the whole stack, from backend to frontend, so I can own more of the product end to end. The AI speeds up the typing, but I stay the one making the calls on design, tradeoffs, and quality.
Validate, ship, iterate
I get it in front of real usage early, check it against what actually matters, ship to staging, and tighten from there. Shipping is the start of the feedback loop, not the finish line.
