Teddywins is an on-chain casino built on Solana and tied to the Steady Teddys NFT community. Players deposit SOL and bet against a shared house pool in fast, real-time games like Crash, and they earn points and referral rewards that are worth more if they hold Steady Teddys NFTs.
Since real money moves on every bet, the tricky parts were the house pool and the real-time game loop. We had to keep bets, payouts, and the pool balance correct under load, with monitoring so nothing breaks quietly. The NFT perks added another layer, since the Teddys live on Ethereum and Berachain while play happens on Solana, so wallets had to be linked across chains.
I worked fullstack across the whole thing, from the backend and game logic to the frontend. We shipped it in about a month with a team of three, rolling out in phases that went from a holding page to live games and the points system.
